Approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by Creditors

Further to the Company's announcement made on 30 August 2011 and the Scheme Document posted to creditors, the Company announces that at two creditor meetings held earlier today of (1) the Scheme Creditors other than Group Company Creditors and (2) the Group Company Creditors, the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and the Scheme Creditors was unanimously approved by each class of creditor.  The Scheme of Arrangement remains to be sanctioned by the Court.  The Company expects to seek the sanction of the Court on 29 September 2011.

A General Meeting for shareholders will be held at 10.00am on 26 September 2011 to approve the Proposals as set out in the Circular sent to all shareholders and announced on 9 September 2011. An announcement will follow the General Meeting.
