                          Director / PDMR Shareholding


On 7th April 2008, AssetCo was informed that Mr. John Shannon, Chief Executive,
on 4th April 2008, transferred 16,177,996 shares in the Company into the Shannon
Trust and on 5th April 2008 transferred 10,785,331 shares in the Company into
the Shannon Heritage Trust.

Following these transactions John Shannon and his connected persons own an
unchanged total of 26,963,327 Ordinary Shares representing 37.5% per cent. of
the issued share capital of AssetCo.
