                    AssetCo plc ('AssetCo' or the 'Company')
                                 Trading Update

AssetCo plc, (AIM : ASTO) a leading support services group to the UK Fire and
Rescue Authorities, provides a trading update on its financial performance prior
to the close period in respect of its year ending 31st March 2008.

Trading in the period was in line with the Board's expectations and the Board
continues to view the Company's prospects with confidence. AssetCo continues to
develop and benefit from a high degree of visibility from it's primary 20 year
government contracts earning streams.

We are pleased to have secured a £1m contract in Malaysia, a new overseas
market, for the supply of fire and rescue equipment and the product will be
delivered during FY09.

Following the strategic acquisition of a number of companies involved in the
emergency services sector over the previous 12 months we are focused on their
rapid integration. This integration is expected to be substantially complete
during FY09.

The Company's Final Results are expected to be announced on 29th May 2008.
