                           Director/PMDR Shareholding

Assura Group Limited has received notification that Richard Burrell (Chief
Executive Officer) has purchased a further 25,000 Ordinary 10p shares in the
Company at a price of 130 pence per share on 15 January 2008.  This will take
the holding of Mr Burrell and his family to 11,138,629 representing 4.74% of the
share capital.

This transaction notification disclosure is in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 (a).
