Directorate Changes

As previously disclosed in the 2010 Annual Report, the Company announces that Dr John Curran and Mr Colin Vibert retired from the board following today's Annual General Meeting.

Commenting on the retirements the Chairman of Assura Group Limited, Rodney Baker-Bates, said;

"Both John Curran and Colin Vibert joined the board of Assura on floatation in October 2003 and are the Company's longest serving directors. On behalf of the board and the Company I would like to express my sincere thanks to both John and Colin for their support, guidance and commitment over the last seven years and wish them well for the future."
