The Company announces that Jonathan Murphy, CEO and PDMR made the following transfers of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transfers, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Murphy and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 2,323,174 Ordinary Shares.
