STATEMENT RE: TONY HOLT
Tony Holt, Amlin's Underwriting Director, is undertaking some medical treatment
which necessitates him taking a few months off work. In his absence, Simon Beale
and Brian Carpenter, currently Divisional Underwriters of Amlin's Marine
Division and UK Commercial Division respectively, will jointly assume Tony's
Underwriting Director responsibilities.
Duncan Dale will assume day to day responsibility for the management of our
Non-marine insurance / specialty classes and Kevin Allchorne will assume
responsibility for our reinsurance classes. They are both highly experienced
underwriters who have been with the Group for respectively 14 and 15 years.
