WITHDRAWAL OF RECOMMENDATION

Subsequent to the announcement released earlier today, the Board of AttentiV
Systems Group plc is withdrawing its recommendation from the TietoEnator offer
(as announced on 14 April 2005) in favour of the Microgen offer.
