Result of AGM

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting today, all resolutions were duly passed and the Chairman made the following statement:

"I spent the last week in Nigeria in the area of the exploration licences under our control, to oversee the commencement of a two week scouting exercise aimed at establishing the potential location of possible further drill sites.  In the meantime, we continue discussions with our investors towards the provision of funds to enable the Company to maintain its operations and I shall make a further statement to coincide with our interim figures towards the end of September."
