In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 4,271,941,670 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights.  No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting right in the Company is 4,271,941,670 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
