ATHELNEY TRUST PLC: CHANGE OF AUDITORS
Athelney Trust Plc ('the Company') today announced that it has appointed
Birmingham-based Clement Keys as auditors. They replace WH Payne & Co. who have
resigned and have deposited the statement required by section 394 of the
Companies Act 1985, confirming that there were no matters which were required to
be brought to the attention of members or creditors.
Robin Boyle, Managing Director of Athelney, said: 'We are grateful for all the
help and support WH Payne have given the Company over a number of years and look
forward to working with Clement Keys who are the ideal replacement.'
