At the AGM held on 30 March 2021.

Non-executive Chairman Frank Ashton chaired the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Athelney Trust PLC (LSE: ATY), a company making investments in the equity securities of mostly 'smaller capital' quoted United Kingdom companies, that took place at 09.00am today.

All resolutions were carried after voting by proxy; proxy votes are listed below.

In his closing remarks Frank Ashton said:

"This has been a most challenging and unique year; one in which the Board is very pleased with the comparative performance of the fund and Fund Manager. I am happy to report how effective our team work has been, resulting in increased dividend as well as some very good feedback from our shareholders and auditors.  I take this opportunity to wish all our shareholders, their families and loved ones a safer and healthy 2021."
