New Contracts with P & O Princess and Cunard

Manpower Software plc ("the Company") announces that it has won two further
contracts for delivery of its innovative workforce scheduling and manpower
management software to companies in the cruise industry.

Princess Cruise Lines Ltd and P & O Princess Cruises International Ltd (both
subsidiaries of P & O Princess Cruises plc) have exercised their option to buy
the software in a contract with an approximate value of USD$1.75m.

Cunard Line Ltd (a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) has agreed to take the
Company's products in a contract with an approximate value of USD$0.6m.

The Company has now become established as the leading provider of software
products in all areas of manpower management to the cruise industry.

These contracts were anticipated at the time of the Company's recent fund
raising and should not be seen as more than part of the expected recovery from
the difficulties caused by the effect of the 11 September 2001 terrorist
attacks, which have had an adverse effect on the Company's revenues for the year
ended 31 May 2002.

Considerable investment has been made during the second half of the current
financial year in marketing and selling as a result of which the Company is in a
stronger position to exploit its products, in the other key markets of defence,
construction and healthcare.
