Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF, "Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the African-focused lithium exploration and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, is pleased to announce that the Company will be attending the Red Cloud Pre-PDAC Mining Showcase and PDAC Convention to engage with existing and potential investors.

PDAC Convention, Toronto - 3-6 March 2024

Executive Chairman Neil Herbert will be participating in a panel discussion focused on significant new mining projects in Ghana, entitled 'Leveraging over a century of mining to enhance value addition for the development of Ghana'.

Hosted by Ghana's Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, the panel discussion, which will include remarks from Hon. Minister, Samuel A. Jinapor and feature the participation of the Chief Executive Officers of both the Minerals Commission and the Minerals Income Investment Fund, will take place at 10 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, 5 March at the Sheraton Hotel.

Atlantic Lithium is an AIM and ASX-listed lithium company advancing a portfolio of lithium projects in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire through to production.

The Company's flagship project, the Ewoyaa Project in Ghana, is a significant lithium spodumene pegmatite discovery on track to become Ghana's first lithium-producing mine.
