DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING





The Company has been informed that Richard Morgan-Evans, a non-Executive
Director, sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company on Friday 2nd
November 2007 at a price of 60p per share.  As a result of this transaction, Mr
Morgan-Evans holds no further ordinary shares in the Company.
