Appointment of Director
Manpower Software plc appoints Ian James Bowles to serve as CEO
Manpower Software plc, the leading workforce management company, today announces
that its Board of Directors has appointed Ian Bowles to serve as Chief Executive
Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Mr Bowles will take up this
appointment during May 2007. On 15 February 2007 the Company announced it had
initiated a search following Richard Morgan-Evans retirement as Managing
Director.
Mr Bowles is 47 years of age. For the last three years he has been Chief
Operating Officer at Clearswift Limited, a leading e-mail content security
company. As COO he has been responsible for World Wide Operations including
sales and marketing in the UK, Europe, USA, Japan and Asia Pacific, as well as
the Company's Professional Services, Customer Support and World Wide IT
Infrastructure. During his tenure the company has seen increased success in
Enterprise and SME markets as well as the Military Environments in Europe & Asia
Pacific, also posting the first EBITDA profits. Prior to this he held senior
positions at Interwoven Inc as Vice President EMEA, Chordiant Inc as Vice
President International and Oracle UK as General Manager.

It is the Board's intention that Mr Bowles will be awarded an option to acquire

Management Incentive Scheme, at the closing mid-market price following his first
day of employment.
