Annual General Meeting Notice

The Board of Allocate announces that the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') was posted to all shareholders on 18 October 2013.  The AGM will be held at 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW on Tuesday 26 November 2013 at 10.00am

As previously announced, the directors proposed a dividend in respect of the full financial year ended 31 May 2013 of 1.32 pence per share, payable on 5 December 2013 to shareholders on the register on 8 November 2013. Shareholders will be offered the option to receive shares instead of a cash dividend, the details of which have been posted to shareholders.
