Manpower Software plc is pleased to confirm that it has despatched to
shareholders its accounts in respect of the year ended 31 May 2005, together
with notice of the annual general meeting to be held at 9.30 am on 15 December
2005 at the Company's registered office, 48 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LU.



Copies of the accounts are available free of charge at the Company's registered
office during normal business hours up until one month following the date of the
annual general meeting.
