               ALLIANCE AGREEMENT WITH ATOS ORIGIN UK LIMITED


Manpower Software plc is pleased to announce that it has today signed a sales,
marketing and resourcing Alliance Agreement with Atos Origin UK Limited, the UK
arm of the major European listed IT services provider, which has recently
reached agreement to acquire KPMG Consulting in the UK and Netherlands.
