Dividend Announcement

20 July 2009 

The Directors of Atlantis Japan Growth Fund Limited are pleased to announce that they have declared an interim dividend which will be payable by the Company in respect of the year ended 30 April 2009. 

The dividend has been declared in US Dollars and the Company has made arrangements for shareholders to elect to receive their dividend in Sterling. Forms of Election in respect of this dividend will be sent to all shareholders and they should be returned by no later than 12 August 2009.
