Notice is hereby given that Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2012 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 31 August 2012. 

The 2012 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Fishmongers Company, Fishmongers' Hall, London Bridge, London, EC4R9EL on 5 October 2012 at 11:00am. The Company is pleased to advise that Mr Ed Merner will be speaking as soon as the formal AGM business is concluded, to provide shareholders with an update on the Company and his thoughts on the Japanese market.
