The Company announces that following a purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 April 2011, Mrs Julie Ann Wragg holds a total of 76,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are held beneficially via HALB Nominees Limited.
