Directors' Dealings
Audioboom Group plc (AIM: BOOM), the digital social media audio platform, announces that following the announcement today of a placing by the Company (the "Placing"), a number of Directors have agreed to purchase, in aggregate, 820,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Placing at a price of 12.5 pence per share ("Director Shares"), at a cost of £102,500.

The Director Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following admission of the New Shares issued as part of the Placing to trading on AIM, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 531,643,649. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, their shareholding in Audioboom.
