The Company has received notification, in a letter dated 24 December 2010, that following the purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Barnard Nominees now holds 626,494 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.03 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
