AFR announces that 797,030 options have been exercised by employees of the
Company at prices ranging from 3.25p to 8.75p. The proceeds from the exercise
of the options are some £34,255.
Following the exercise of options referred to above the number of issued
ordinary shares in AFR is 145,618,693.
Of the options exercised, 31,354 exercisable at 8.75p per share belonged to
Patrick Carter, a director of AFR. Following the exercise Patrick Carter holds
463,479 shares, representing 0.3% of the total shares in issue. The other
options were exercised by certain directors of principal trading companies.
Application will be made for the 797,030 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission will be effective from 20
February 2007.
