Statement by the Chairman at the AGM 18 July 2014

"Before the AGM I would like to make the following statement:

The Manager has indicated an intention to retire within the next three years, after seventeen years since Aurora's launch, and no further continuation votes will be sought in the future.

Accordingly, the Board will identify a future for Aurora, which would provide an exit for shareholders at around FAV.

In the meantime, the Board has agreed with the Manager that, beyond this time next year, investments will only be made in FTSE 100 stocks (or of equivalent liquidity)".
