Appointment of Director

Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that David Stevenson has been appointed as an independent,  non-executive  director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Stevenson is an investment industry expert and a columnist for the Financial Times and Investment Week.  He is also the author of three main reference books on investing for the Financial Times.

Mr Stevenson is currently a non-executive director of GLI Alternative Finance plc.  There are no other matters to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in connection with this appointment.
