Project agreement with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
Project will deploy and demonstrate Aurrigo's autonomous technology and vehicles at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR, the "Company" or "Aurrigo"), a leading international provider of transport technology solutions, has signed a formal project agreement ('the Agreement') with Schiphol Nederland B.V ("SNBV"), for the deployment and demonstration of Aurrigo's autonomous aviation solutions at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, The Netherlands.
The Agreement is expected to follow a similar phasing to Aurrigo's other ongoing projects with an evaluation and simulation phase followed by a demonstration phase and operational deployment throughout 2024. It will involve the Auto-DollyTug® baggage vehicle and Aurrigo's Auto-Sim® aviation operations simulation software.
The deployment of Aurrigo's vehicles and technology under the programme at Schiphol Airport will be valued at Euro 0.58 million. In addition, the companies will work together to explore further opportunities to integrate Aurrigo's autonomous solutions into airport operations.
