Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM

Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, "Auto Trader" or the "Company"), the UK's largest digital automotive marketplace, has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders.

The Company also announces that its 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Friday 17^th September 2021, at the Company's registered office: 4th Floor, 1 Tony Wilson Place, Manchester M15 4FN, United Kingdom. Auto Trader currently intends to hold the AGM as a physical meeting as usual, however, we will be closely monitoring the restrictions over public gatherings, and we will communicate any necessary changes.
