Placing of 666,667 New Ordinary Shares
Readybuy plc ('the Company') is pleased to announce that it has raised
approximately £100,000, before expenses, by way of a placing of 666,667 new
ordinary shares of 0.5p each ('New Ordinary Shares') at 15p per share (the '
Placing'). Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on Aim and dealings are expected to commence on 31 March 2005. The
shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares and increase the total
number in issue following the placing to 18,660,677.
As stated in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting issued on 15 March
2005, the Company is looking to raise a total of £350,000 and this Placing
constitutes the first tranche of the Second Stage Fundraising comprising
approximately £250,000.
