                                   Appointment of Cubitt Consulting

Avation  PLC,  the  leading  aircraft leasing company with a Standard  Listing  on  the  London  Stock
Exchange, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Cubitt Consulting as its corporate and investor
communications consultancy.

Cubitt  will  work  closely with the Board of Avation with the objectives of  building  the  Company's
corporate  profile  as a leader in the aviation sector, increasing share liquidity  and  widening  the
shareholder base.
