The Board of Avation, the PLUS-quoted owner of commercial jet aircraft, announces that it has accepted
the  resignation of Ms Loh Chuen Thim as a Secretary of the Company with effect from 25th August 2008.
Mrs. Siobhan Cool continues as Company Secretary of Avation PLC.
