                                DELIVERY OF THIRD VIRGIN AUSTRALIA AIRCRAFT

Avation PLC announces that it has completed this 13th of October 2011 the delivery of the third new  ATR72-
500  aircraft at Toulouse France. This aircraft and the first two aircraft are being leased by the  Company
to  Australian carrier Skywest Airlines) who operates the aircraft on behalf of Virgin Australia,  pursuant
to a 10-year wet-lease.

The  operation  of  the  aircraft constitutes a part of the Australian Regional Airline  Network  Agreement
(ARAN) with Skywest Airlines and Virgin Australia, under which Avation will provide a fleet of up to 18 new
aircraft  to  be  operated by Skywest Airlines on behalf of Virgin Australia. Lease  revenues  accruing  to
Avation in respect to Virgin Australia aircraft commence on the date of delivery.
