                                    Amendment of Record Date for dividend payment

The  Board  of  Avation Plc advises that the associated record date for the proposed dividend will be 11th  December
2008  rather than 11th of November 2008 as incorrectly stated in the announcement of 3rd November 2008. The proposed
payment  date  is 5th January 2009 and the stock was marked ex-dividend on 7th November 2008.  The  payment  of  the
dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM scheduled for the 5th of December 2008.
