                                 Reporting Currency and 2013 Results Date

The  Board  advises that it has changed the Company reporting currency from Pounds Sterling to US  Dollars.
This  change  is  aligned with US Dollars being the primary functional currency for the Company's  aircraft
lease  revenues and debt obligations. This change will be in place for the results reported  for  the  year
ending June 30th 2013.

The results for the year will be released to the market on August 26th 2013.
