Cancellation of the Main Market Listing of the 10 3/8% Debenture Stock 2011

(the Debenture Stock)

It is announced that a request for the cancellation on 2 August 2011 of the listing of the Debenture Stock has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority pursuant to LR 5.2.8.

In accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed governing the Debenture Stock, the Company repaid on 2 July 2011 the principal amount of the Debenture Stock at par to stockholders on the register at the close of business on 24 June 2011.
