British Empire Securities and General Trust plc announces that the rate of interest (gross of income tax) on its Equities Index Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 for the quarter ended 30 June 2011 is 2.957 pence per unit, equivalent to £29.57 per 1,000 units of stock.

The record date for the payment is 30 June 2011 and the interest will be paid on 8 July 2011.
