Final dividend

Further to the passing of Resolution 2 at the Company's AGM held on 26 March 2020 and as disclosed in the Annual Financial Report for the period to 31 December 2019 which was released on 13 February 2020, a final Ordinary dividend of 0.9 pence per Share will be payable on 30 April 2020, to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 April 2020. The ex-dividend date was 2 April 2020.
