On 19 June 2006, following the successful completion of the acquisition of Sigma
Precision Components Limited, the Board of Avingtrans plc (the 'Company'), in
accordance with the Company's EMI share scheme, granted options over ordinary
shares of 5p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to the following Directors, at
an option price of 127.5 pence:
