Director Shareholding
Avingtrans plc (the 'Company') announces that it was notified today of the
following transactions in ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares').
On 20 December 2007, Mr Kenneth Baker, Chairman, acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Baker
has increased his holding to 832,455 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
4.74 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Mr Baker continues to hold 208,000 warrants over Ordinary Shares at an exercise
price of 50 pence per warrant.
On 20 December 2007, Mr Jeremy Hamer, Non-executive Director, acquired 10,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Mr Hamer has increased his holding to 84,500 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.48 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
