Appointment of Director
The Board of Avingtrans is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen King
to the role of Finance Director with immediate effect. Mr King joins the
company from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Senior Manager in the
Assurance and Specialist Transaction practice.
Commenting, Ken Baker, Chairman, said 'I am delighted to welcome Stephen to the
Board of Avingtrans. Avingtrans is a young company but has ambitious plans for
the future. The appointment of an experienced finance professional is integral
to those plans and we believe that Stephen has the right combination of
qualities to make a major contribution to them. I look forward to working with
him'.
Mr King has also been appointed as Company Secretary, replacing Stephen Bruh.
Mr Bruh remains on the Board as a non-executive director.
