Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces that it has applied for 15,125 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 12 April 2022 following an exercise of share options.
Following the issue of the 15,125 new Ordinary Shares the Company will have a total of 32,141,445 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
