Avingtrans ('the Company') was notified on 18 June 2003 that Singer &
Friedlander Investment Management ('SFIM') had sold 100,000 ordinary shares of
5p in the Company, representing 1.42% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company, on 12 and 13 June 2003.  As a result of the sale, SFIM retain a
holding of 710,000 ordinary shares, representing 10.07% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
