Following its recent acquisition of B&D Patterns Limited which was partially
funded by an institutional placing of 1,426,000 shares, a vendor placing of
170,000 shares and the issue of 290,491 shares to the vendor of B&D Patterns
Limited, Avingtrans plc (the 'Company') has received notifications from the
following shareholders of their holdings in ordinary shares of 5p each in the
