Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Aviva announces that:

Amanda Blanc, Group Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, purchased 10,597 ordinary shares, at a price of £4.74106 on 7 March 2024.

Kenneth Blanc, a Person Closely Associated (PCA) with Amanda Blanc purchased 17,121 ordinary shares, at a price of £4.686794 on 7 March 2024.
