AVIVA ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Aviva announces that Tony Wyand will resign from the Board of Aviva plc with
effect from 31st July 2003 pending his retirement from service on 30th November
2003.
This resignation follows from the Company's announcement made on 28th May 2003
regarding changes to senior executive responsibilities. Until his retirement Mr
Wyand will concentrate on the hand over of his executive responsibilities.
As previously announced Mr Wyand will continue his relationship with Aviva
beyond his retirement through the provision of advice to a number of the Group's
continental European Boards.
