Extensive Property Database to be Built

CGU  has  secured  one  of the leading home portals  following  its
recent acquisition of UK Property Gold (UKPG), providing a platform
to  build  an extensive property database for the benefit  of  home
movers.

CGU  is  developing this home portal and expects to  launch  a  new
business  in the Spring, which will improve and simplify  the
home  selection and moving process for consumers, and increase  the
opportunities  for estate agents to market their property  services
online.
