Directors' Dealing
Intermodal Resource has today received notification that on 3 January 2006,
Sphere Investments Limited, a company controlled by Mr SJ Ball, has acquired
150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 8.5p per share. As a
result Sphere Investments' total beneficial holding in the Company has increased
from 3,172,623 to 3,322,623 shares representing 5.65% of the issued share
capital. In addition, Mr Ball holds 950,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary
Shares. Mr Ball also controls Sphere Holdings Ltd, which holds 600,000 warrants
to subscribe for Ordinary Shares.
The Company has today also received notification that on 3 January 2006, Mavis
Ann Clemson, wife of Mr EA Clemson, has acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares at
8.5p per share. This represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
Previously neither party had a beneficial holding in the Company. In addition,
Mr Clemson holds 1,880,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares.
