Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the third ordinary dividend, for the period from 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016, of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 26 August 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 August 2016.  The ex-dividend date is 4 August 2016.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 2.85p per Ordinary Share for the period from the Company's admission on 5 November 2015 to 30 June 2016.
