Axis Intermodal received notification yesterday that following the disposal of 2,800,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') during the period between 5 November 2007 and 27 June 2008, Chris Rogers is interested in 3,557,085 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
